Hi, Folks:

Today I'm sharing pictures and updating information on our family.  Howard and Barbara Dahlof (Mom and Dad) are both gone now - Mom in December, 2009, and Dad in October, 2010). The next generation Rosalie Carlson and her children Ella and Aaron are committed to continuing the traditions of Howard Dahlof Quarter Horses in a small way.  Ella is currently living at the Dahlof homestead at Walnut, IA foaling out the mares, helping with breeding, and conditioning horses for show, as well as working full time for a software company. There are horses at both the Walnut and Kirkman farms.  Aaron just returned after serving six years in the US Air Force.  Rosalie manages a USDA Farm Service Agency office and is away from home during the work week.

Ella and Aaron are shown with their "How D" horses.  Aaron raised this colt, and Ella made Nifty an AQHYA Champion.  Rosalie is shown with How D Vanna, another foal out of Aaron's mare How D Miss Savannah.

Hopefully, you will check out all the pages of the website.  Please let us know what you'd like to see more of on the website in the future.
